Position: School Rector

Responsibilities:
– Provide strategic leadership and vision for SCTC in alignment with the company’s objectives.
– Oversee all aspects of the school’s operations, including academic programs, student affairs, and administrative functions.
– Foster a positive learning environment conducive to academic success and personal development.
– Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in education.
– Recruit, train, and mentor faculty and staff to maintain high teaching and support services standards.
– Collaborate with stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, and community partners, to enhance the school’s reputation and engagement.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in the educational sector, preferably in a leadership role.
– Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of achieving organizational goals.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
– Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
